Readiness Board
One morning view per athlete: wellness vs their own 28-day baseline, soreness, availability, yesterday's load and workload ratios. Every status decomposes one click deep.

Know who's ready, every morning.
One row per active athlete, sorted so the athletes who need attention appear first. Each row shows today's wellness z-score against the athlete's own 28-day baseline, soreness count, symptoms, availability, yesterday's GPS and session RPE load, and the acute:chronic workload ratio for both distance and RPE.
- One composite call. A red, amber or green readiness call per athlete.
- Their own baseline. Not a squad average.
- Load in the same row. Wellness and workload side by side.
The squad, at a glance.
The squad dashboard is the starting point for each day. A real-time availability view across the full squad, colour-coded by status: fully available, modified or unavailable. Every status change has a documented reason, and seasonal trends are tracked.
- Open injuries, active RTP plans, wellness and outstanding RPE on every athlete card.
- Filter by team, position group and position. Multi-select filters are kept in the URL, so views can be bookmarked.
- Role-based access enforced at every route: Admin, Hub Staff, Medic, Nutritionist, Sports Psychologist and Athlete.
Check-ins that reach staff instantly.
Athletes submit fatigue, soreness, sleep, stress, mood and readiness, with optional menstrual and symptom tracking. Questions are configurable per deployment. Session rating of perceived exertion (RPE) is captured after assigned events.
- Interactive body map. Athletes tag exactly where they are sore, front and back. Hotspots surface for medical staff.
- Threshold alerts. Configurable limits trigger the moment a score drops. No one waits for a weekly report.
- Reminders that land. A daily wellness reminder at a fixed time, plus event-based reminders, by push.
One shared device, the whole squad checked in.
For environments where athletes don't carry their own devices. A full-screen photo gallery on a tablet by the door: athletes tap their own photo to submit wellness or session RPE on the spot.
- The wellness view shows only athletes who haven't submitted today.
- The RPE view shows only events that have already started.
- Full-screen mode locks the device to the check-in flow.
Training & load
GPS, testing and gym work on one record, with the ratios that matter.
Connected data for a fuller picture.
Connect supported GPS, testing and wearable services, with imports configured for your deployment. Athletes are mapped by technology ID, and loads from different sources are combined with a per-day maximum so nothing is double-counted.
Supported services: configuration and provider access required. WHOOP and Oura also require athlete authorisation.
- Daily, drill, daily charts, longitudinal and analysis views with z-score heatmaps and box plots.
- CMJ and hamstring testing from VALD; speed gates, 1RM, anthropometrics and custom tests by manual entry.
- Every export PDF in your club's colours.
From raw load to a defensible call.
Compare recent and longer-term workload across total distance, high-intensity distance, sprints and session rating of perceived exertion (RPE). Review changes alongside the athlete's wellness and training context.
- Speed exposure. Review recent exposure relative to each athlete's recorded top speed.
- Wellness dashboard. Trends, rankings, radar, heatmap, calendar and distribution views.
- RPE load. 7-day and 28-day rolling views, per athlete and per squad.
Programme, deliver and log.
An exercise library, block library, programmes and phases with automated load progression. Load can be set as absolute, % 1RM, % bodyweight, RPE, RIR or manual, previewed against each athlete's working maxes.
- Gym View. A full-screen session display designed to be read across a gym floor.
- Athlete logging. Reps, weight, RPE, tempo, distance, duration, heart rate, speed, force and power, straight from the Athlete App.
- AI drafting. Describe the session goal in plain language and get a structured workout from your own exercise library, ready to edit.
Medical & return to play
Coded injuries, phased return to play and discipline-specific notes.
The full injury lifecycle, coded and clinical.
Every injury is coded using the OSIICS classification system, the international standard for sports injury categorisation. Records hold injury type, severity, grade, mechanism, body part, surface and equipment, plus recurrence and Game, Training or Other context.
- SOAP notes per injury, with attachments held in Azure Blob Storage.
- Estimated and actual return-to-training dates on every record.
- A branded PDF report per injury, ready for the medical file.
A clearer path back to play.
Phase-based plans with criteria, activities, restrictions, load parameters, monitoring items and methodology notes. Summary cards, a phase timeline and progress rings show exactly where each athlete is. Plans export to PDF and clone as templates.
- AI-assisted drafting. Injury details, SOAP notes, baselines and history produce a structured draft for the clinician to review, edit and approve.
- Never automatic. Clinicians review, edit and approve drafts before using them in a care plan.
- Evidence in the plan. Methodology and evidence base sit alongside the phases.

Confidential notes, kept in the platform.
Medical, Nutrition and Sports Psych notes, each visible only to that discipline and admins. Rich text, categories, reasons, body areas and file attachments, with a Private flag for notes limited to the author and administrators.
- Clinical attachments follow their associated record access controls.
- Notes archive, restore and purge under admin control, with the audit trail intact.
Coordination & communication
One calendar, clear ownership, and messages that reach athletes.

One calendar for the whole programme.
Training, recovery, games and custom event types, each with its own colour. Games carry opponent, venue, score, squad selection, minutes and participation. Recurring weekly templates take the admin out of the season.
- New events start with the team already assigned.
- Push notifications on assignment, so athletes know where to be.
- Calendar chips show time, team and opponent at a glance.
Keep the next step in view.
RTP reviews, screenings, onboarding, equipment checks. Give each one an owner, a due date and an athlete, and see what is overdue front and centre on Home.
- Allocate to staff. One or more assignees. Ownership is never ambiguous.
- Relate to an athlete. The task sits on their record.
- Track and triage. Overdue, next 48 hours, 3 to 7 days, later.
Reach the squad, right where they are.
Direct messages between staff and athletes. Group messages go out one-to-many, and replies come back privately. Web push covers event assignment, new messages, top-speed personal bests and wellness reminders.
Reporting & integrations
Your database, your tools: Power BI inside the Hub and open access outside it.
A data foundation, not a silo.
Power BI reports embed directly inside the Hub and appear as native Elevate views. And because the database is yours, so are the tools.
- Connect Power BI Desktop, Excel, Python, R or Tableau straight to your database.
- No API quota. No export limitation. No intermediary layer.
- Resolved team access published for Power BI row-level security.
Connect the tools your team already uses.
Run it your way.
People & roles
Invite users by email and let them set their own password. Six roles, enforced on every route. Optional team-level access so staff see only their squads.
Configuration
Wellness questions, thresholds, event types, lookups, email templates and API connections, all under Admin. Credentials are stored encrypted and audit-logged.
Lifecycle
Archive, restore and purge for every record type. Erasure tools that anonymise identity while preserving associated records according to your lifecycle settings. Retention periods configurable per athlete.
